At Taaza Fal, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take utmost care in delivering high-quality, fresh products. Due to the perishable nature of our items, our refund policy is outlined below.
1. No Refunds on Perishables
All sales of juices and fresh fruits are final.
We do not offer refunds for orders once delivered unless the product is damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect item:
Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Share clear photos of the product and packaging via WhatsApp or email.
After verifying the issue, we may:
Issue a full or partial refund, at our discretion.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund is approved , it will be processed and credited within 5-7 business days through original payment method.
If you haven’t received your refund within this timeframe:
Check your bank account or contact your payment provider.
Then reach out to us for assistance.
4. Non-Eligible Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
If you change your mind after ordering
If the delivery is delayed due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., weather, traffic, logistics partner delays)
If incorrect address/contact details were provided
